Costs & Practicalities

• I offer a free no obligation call. 15-20 minutes to get a sense of me, how we can work & answer any questions.
• If you decide to go ahead and book in, I will send an email with all the details you’ll need for our first meeting.
• Each session is then 50 minutes.
• The first session is an assessment session, there will be some paperwork to begin. I will collect some basic information then we will go through a ‘Working Agreement’ covering all the practical information. We will discuss how we work together and I will ask you some questions to find out a little bit more about you. I will let you know what to expect from me, including a confidentiality agreement and GDPR information. This may take up to 30 minutes. The remainder of the time is yours to begin as you wish. We may discuss finding a particular focus of where you may like to begin if there are several issues, I will listen to what is most important for you.
• Sessions are £50.00
